Shortcuts

There aren’t any.

There are plenty of promises. Plenty of Youtubers standing in front of their nice cars or nice houses and promising you a six-figure salary if you follow their system.

If the shortcut works, it wouldn’t be a shortcut. It would be an innovation, and eventually it would be the standard practice. So long as it is a “shortcut” we might as well call it what it really is: an empty promise.

Innovation takes more time at first. In a way it’s the opposite of a shortcut.

Don't bite the shortcut bait; it’s not getting us where we need to go.
